DIP plug-in and welding

  • Before wave soldering oven, AOI detects component errors, omissions, and inversions,strictly controls the DIP pass-through rate

  • According to the state of PCB, a temporary storage area with independent marks is provided around the cable: waiting for plug-in,maintenance, QC inspection, defective products, waiting for QA inspection, etc., to avoid the occurrence of mixed boards

  • Plug-in line: 2 lines

  • Wave soldering:2 sets

  • Washing machine:1 set


The DIP plug-in process is devided into:

Component forming process → plug-in → AOI inspection → wave soldering → cutting feet → soldering repair (post-welding) →washing board → functional test
